RECOMMENDED USE
Shake bottle before use. Spray under your tongue and hold for 1 – 2 minutes. Allow CBD to be fully absorbed then swallow. 1 Spray = 17.1mg of Huge Recovery CBD. Do not exceed 70mg of CBD per day. Consistency is key for success take each night 30 minutes before sleep.
